Amie Wright

Amie Wright is a comics librarian, the President of the American Library Association Graphic Novels & Comics Round Table (GNCRT), and a Public History graduate student at Concordia University in Montreal focusing on comics censorship and education in postwar Canada. Amie is the former Manager of School Outreach at the New York Public Library where she co-created New York Comic Con at the NYPL — an annual professional development conference with more than 25+ sessions for educators and librarians on teaching with comics. She is a recipient of Library Journal’s Mover and Shaker Award: Educators in 2017. She tweets at @librarylandia.
