Andre and Dafney Lafortune
Dafney Lafortune is a former newspaper reporter. Andre worked in the medical field. Together, they are the husband and wife duo behind Bon Fritay, the North Carolina Triangle area’s first Haitian food truck. Bon Fritay translates to “good fried food,” which is what they serve – street food from the island of Haiti.
They are passionate about serving Haitian food and proud to showcase their culture and cuisine to this community.
